Graham is a ‘Mental Health First-Aider’, certified by MHFA England. His unique breadth of experience, as a Police Officer then qualified school Teacher, provide a very personal insight into societies battle with mental health and well-being. Having used this, and his own challenges, to create an engaging, useful and potentially life-saving seminar/workshop. Entitled ‘Mental Health Survival in the Workplace’. This has been well received by National Education Union (NEU) members and he is branching out into other public services and private institutions.
Emma’s ‘Child Mental Health’ training has proved extremely valuable to numerous teachers, and educators. Delivered as a bespoke session for a setting, or as part of wider training events. Drawing on her experinec and qualifications in Autism and SEND - addressing the risk of mental illness.
Either or both sessions can be tailored to your needs. Lasting either 2 hours, each; half a day; or a full day. Ideal for school leaders to consider for INSET days or Twilight training sessions, and any place of work interested in providing a genuine staff welfare event. Everyone wins: employee, employer, customer and the business bank account!
In Spring 2020 Graham will be providing training for individuals wishing to become ‘Mental Health First-Aiders’, certified by MHFA England. Join the movement to promote well-being, before the government considers Mental Health First-Aiders mandatory in the workplace. Make a start, help yourself and help others!
